Dividend Policy
The Company will not have a definitive dividend policy until its investments have further developed and matured. A dividend policy will be determined in light of the nature of those investments. The company intends to retain and reinvest its capital unless the Board forms the view that this capital cannot be employed in further investments at a rate of return consistent with the Company's investment objectives.
